Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the United States.

Is shipping free?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all USA orders.

How long does delivery take?
Total delivery time is usually 4–10 business days, which includes both processing and shipping transit time.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday–Friday. Our daily order cut-off time is 12:00 PM EST.

Which carriers do you use?
We ship using recognized carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking details will be sent to your registered email address once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update in the carrier's system.

Can I cancel my order?

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, or if the incorrect item was sent.

When will I receive my refund?
Once a return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
 Please contact us within  24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
