When a package is marked “Delivered” by the courier, the order is considered complete. If you are unable to locate your package, we recommend checking with neighbors, family members, or building staff. If still unresolved, please contact the courier directly. While we will assist where possible, we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received.
