Refund & Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. This means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags, dust bags, packaging, and accessories included. Items returned in damaged or incomplete condition may not qualify for a full refund. This policy ensures both parties are protected, and it allows us to maintain the integrity of the products we ship.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at Support@Grime Grace.com within the 30-day return window. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos (if applicable, such as for damaged or defective items). Once your return is approved, we will guide you through the next steps and confirm your return eligibility.
Return Label Provided in Package
For your convenience, every order from Grime Grace includes a prepaid return shipping label inside the package. This label may be used if you decide to return an item. Simply place the product back in its original packaging, attach the prepaid return label to the parcel, and drop it off at the courier location specified on the label. There is no need to print or request a separate label—we aim to make the return process as seamless as possible.
Note: The prepaid return label is valid only within the United States and must be used with the courier designated on the label. If you misplace your return label, please contact our support team to request a digital replacement.
Return Shipping Cost
Returns made using the prepaid return label included in your package are completely free of charge. We do not apply restocking or handling fees on standard returns. If you choose to arrange return shipping on your own through another courier, you will be responsible for those costs. In such cases, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your request. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account. We do not refund any upgraded or expedited shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not comply with this policy.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue. We will promptly resolve the matter by issuing a full refund or sending a replacement item at no additional cost. In most cases, you will not be required to return the faulty product unless specifically requested.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped, please email us immediately at Support@GrimeGrace.com. If the order has not yet been fulfilled, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. However, if the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process once the package is delivered.
